Plusology, LLC Clothing & Merchandise Return Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2024

1. General Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from Plusology, LLC.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Verification Process To ensure the integrity of our return policy and to prevent fraudulent returns, we require the following verification steps:

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email must be presented at the time of return.
  • Return Authorization (RA) Number: Customers must contact our customer service team at team@myplusology.com / (470) 338-8674] to obtain an RA number before returning the item. This number must be included with the return package.
  • Photo Verification: For online purchases, customers may be asked to provide photos of the item, including the tags and packaging, before the return is authorized.
  • ID Verification: For in-store returns, customers may be asked to present a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on the original purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Intimate apparel, such as underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons

5. Return Shipping

  • Online Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Plusology, LLC is not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired item when obtaining your RA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • We will accept all authorized returns
  • All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
  • Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
  • You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label.
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
  • Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
  • Please contact us here team@myplusology.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
  • Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
